| Help us fill our classes – We have a larger number of families moving out of the area this spring than we typically have. Some of these families have been affected by the economy. This means we have openings for additional out of district students in our school. If you know of families who would like to join our Conway family for the 2011-12 school year, please have them give me a call.
Spring Assessments and Supply Lists – MAP and DIBELS Assessments and next year’s supply lists are included in today’s Monday Envelopes. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact your child’s teacher.

Field Day - We always need many volunteers for the Field Day on June 14th. Our AMK-2 students will participate from 8:45 – 10:;45. PM K and grades 3-5 will participate from 12:30 – 2:30. Come on out and enjoy the day!
Used Book Exchange – Thank you to Gwen Halliday, SOCS-PTA for gathering and distributing books to all of our students on Friday! Keep reading throughout the summer!
Band Celebration – Last Thursday, families of our 5th – 8th grade bands came together to listen to their children play, to say thank you to our 8th grade band members who are off to high school and to share a potluck! Celebrate we did and our Conway families put on an amazing potluck!
End of Year Details –
Congratulations Ms. Asp! – On June 11th, our own teacher, Ms. Karen Asp, was married to Mr. Gary Talbert. Mrs. Karen Talbert will return to school on Tuesday!
